As a managing broker for several of Long & Foster's most profitable offices, Kara led more than 500 agents and oversaw over $2 billion in sales. That view of the industry revealed a gap: very few clients were being truly led, served, and advised through one of life's biggest decisions.

So she built KCD, a premium team with dedicated professionals behind the scenes handling every detail so each client's experience feels seamless. With 650+ homes sold across the DC Metro Area and Greater Annapolis, KCD of Long & Foster is a Forbes Global Properties affiliate and LeadingRE member. Kara's heart for people runs deep. Early in her career, she pursued a master's in social work, believing she was meant to help people heal and grow. She soon realized she could bring that same gift into real estate, turning confusion into clarity and helping clients move forward with confidence.

Kara is also the host of the Soul Inspiring Business podcast, exploring leadership, mindset, and purpose, and speaks on building a business and life you love.
